Screw driving and press-in control systems
The PC-supported control and regulation units flexE12_4.0 developed in-house are used. In addition to the procedural and measurement functions, a soft PLC functionality is integrated. The programming language corresponds to the international standard IEC1131-3.
Due to the modular structure of the EST control systems, it is possible to implement several different technologies such as screwing, joining, force, displacement or friction measurements with one control.
For central data management, the various programs can be stored in a database and managed centrally with a master PC. This ensures a clear program assignment.
