Our nut box is ideally suited for process safeguarding in manual assembly processes (screw connections). The duo LEDs (red/yellow /green) show the employee which tool (bit) must be used for the next fastener. After the bit has been removed, the corresponding screwing program is activated fully automatically. At the end of the fastening, the fastening result (OK = green/NOK = red) is displayed on the nut box. Thanks to the Profinet connection, our socket box can be controlled directly by the EST screw controller or the PLC. This gives you maximum flexibility in your assembly processes.
